The strategy behind TaDa Gaming’s global growth

Story Highlights
  • TaDa Gaming is one of the most exciting content providers in the iGaming industry today. Since launch, it has been shaking up play with its diverse portfolio of 240+ titles across slots, table, Crash and Bingo releases, plus its interactive, multiplayer fish-shooting games. And all supported by an award-winning gamification ecosystem that delivers off the scale retention for operators and immersive experiences for players. Leading this industry-shaping company is CEO, Andy Huang. He joined us for an interview on TaDa’s successful journey to date and to share insights on how the market is changing and what’s coming next from the ambitious content provider.

TaDa Gaming operates in one of the most competitive segments of iGaming today. What principles have shaped your leadership approach while growing the company across increasingly demanding global markets?

The best learning comes from hearing and understanding what your partners, players, and competitors are saying and doing. This helps with adapting quickly to regional/evolving demands and still maintaining consistent product quality. At TaDa, leadership means empowering our teams to move fast, think creatively, and build long-term relationships that support sustainable growth across every market we enter.

TaDa Gaming has built a strong identity around fish-shooting games while also expanding across slots, crash, bingo, and gamification tools. How do you maintain a clear company identity while continuing to diversify your portfolio?

Slots were actually our starting point, and fish-shooting games came later as an innovative response to changing player demand and evolving market trends. While we will continue to diversify our portfolio across multiple verticals, TaDa’s identity has always been built around entertainment first, and this is what drives our expanding portfolio.

Many of TaDa’s products incorporate interactive and strategy-driven mechanics. Do you see player participation and skill becoming a larger part of the future casino experience?

Yes. We believe player participation and skill-influenced gameplay will play a much bigger role in the future of online casino entertainment and that is what our multiplayer fish-shooting titles like Mega Fishing, Ocean King Jackpot, and the Fortune Zombie series are designed for. Offering decision-making/choices and skill-influenced mechanics, the multiplayer function also taps into social and competitive gaming demands.

This player agency can also be seen in TaDa Crash games like Chicken Dash 10000 with their bonus rounds or slots like Fortune Gems 500 and Fortune Gauda 500 that utilise similar mechanics for player agency and strategic choice.

TaDa frequently emphasises localisation and “glocalisation”. At what point does localisation stop being adaptation and become a complete redesign of the player experience?

Our “glocalisation” strategy is predicated on global core mechanics/local content, and so it is localisation on a global scale. It requires rethinking the entire player experience, from mechanics and pacing to themes, retention features, and social interaction, depending on the jurisdiction, the regulations, and the target audience.

However, while glocalisation means we maintain a consistent global product philosophy, we’re also willing to take radical steps as we did when we designed the Fortune Zombie series from scratch.

This took the action from underwater to the streets, added familiar characters like football players, and in recognisable locations like Grand Central Station. Creating this bespoke design has made FZ series one of our most successful launches in North America.

Do stricter regulatory environments ultimately limit creativity — or force companies to become smarter innovators?

We see regulatory frameworks and our early adoption of them as a competitive advantage, especially in emerging markets. ln Brazil, this approach kept us ahead of the curve following the implementation of Law 14,790 in January 2025, when many other providers were playing catch-up.

Stronger regulation can push companies to become smarter and more disciplined, or it can push them out of the market.

Entering the UK market requires more than certification alone. What did the UK entry process reveal about the balance between innovation, compliance, and player trust?

Entering the UK market showed us that while certification was key, it was only the starting point. UK operators and players expect transparency, reliability, and responsible product design. The UK is a sophisticated and long-established market, so new entrants have to really stand out. Our success has come from understanding that innovation works best when built within trusted regulatory frameworks rather than outside them.

What expectations do you place on your own team that matter more to you than pure commercial performance?

Well, commercial performance dictates whether or not we have a viable business, so it’s pretty much my highest priority. However, I’d say teamwork is the key expectation supported with integrity and collaboration because sustainable success in this industry is always a team effort.

What kind of player experience do you believe is still missing from most online casino products today?

Players today increasingly want social engagement, skill-based participation, and meaningful moments of progression, and they are beginning to get these from providers like TaDa. However, rather than the products, it’s the environment that is lacking. The future lies in more immersive, community-driven gameplay where entertainment is shared.

From your perspective, what will separate successful gaming companies from the rest over the next five years?

Meaningful engagement. The companies that can create localised, interactive, and responsible engagement with genuine player-centric design will be the ones that stand out and succeed.
